Joshua Rivera is the Operating Partner and General Counsel of Blockchain Capital. Joshua is an expert in the legal and regulatory issues attending various aspects of the crypto industry including token protocols, DeFi, DAOs, NFTs and digital asset commodities and securities, and he has extensive experience analyzing the industry.

Prior to Blockchain Capital, Joshua worked as a senior associate at Cooley LLP as part of the firm’s cryptocurrency and blockchain practice counseling exchanges, and as an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP.
