Marc Boiron is CEO of Polygon Labs, an international software development company that builds blockchain scaling infrastructure.

A highly regarded Web3 veteran and innovator, Marc previously served as Chief Legal Officer at dYdX Trading, helping drive the development of one of the biggest DeFi derivative trading protocols. Prior to that, he was a partner in the blockchain and cryptocurrency and financial services groups of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, where he advised top-tier Web3 projects.

In August 2022, Marc joined Polygon Labs as Chief Legal Officer, responsible for crafting the legal and regulatory strategy for Polygon Labs as a whole and managing the legal team. Having accomplished that mission, he took on the CEO role in July 2023.
